	Details ::	Junction 20 M6, head towards Knutsford/ Macclesfield on the A50 for just 30 seconds!, and just past the McDonalds roundabout, there is a lay-by on the left. They are there Monday To Friday, 7am to 2pm, except Wednesdays. I stopped here on my way home after the Isle Of Man TT, what a find! Good food, and an immaculate trailer, Julie & Tim are friendly and chatty. I had a sausage and egg cob (Ł1.70), and it was perfect! Naturally it would be unfair of me to rate it, but I would give it a 5! They have a proper potatoe baker, but you must phone in 90mins before you want it.

	Details ::	Thanks goes to Magic Dave for this one: Come off the M53 Motorway at Junction 7, and head towards Ellesmere Port on Poole Hall Road. When you see the Amin Paradise, turn left, then immediately left again, and you'll see a small white trailer with Joe and his wife cooking away. This is top quality food and I've recently been going twice a week for a double-decker bin lid sarny, which is bacon, sausage, egg, black pudding and cheese. If your travelling down the M53 and you need a munch, I highly recommend you visit Joe instead if going some extortionate service station! They have a good sense of humour and are open approx 6am -2pm weekdays.
